Take care of YOU!

You are probably stressed about a lot of things:

  • Will I get sick? If I do, who will take care of my kids?
  • What if my kids get sick or one of my family members?
  • I’m out of work. How will I pay for my bills?
  • How long will this last? Will things get worse?

The list, I’m sure, goes on and on. So what can you do to manage your feelings, anxiety, and fear?
